Nadia Pavlevska

Founder / Sommelier

Nadia Pavlevska is the founder of NP Wine, where she excels as a professional sommelier, wine consultant, and wine educator. She works with private and corporate clients, well as nonprofits, to create wine experiences both virtually and in-person.

Nadia is also the founder of NP SOMM Club a monthly membership wine club in partnership with Uncorked Wine Shop in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

Nadia's love for wine led her become a Certified Sommelier (CS) with the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) with the American Society of Wine Educators, a French Wine Scholar (FWS) with the Wine Scholar Guild, and an Italian Wine Specialist (IWS) with the North American Sommelier Association (N.A.S.A.). Additionally, Nadia attended the Washington School of Protocol, where she earned her International Diningquette and Business Protocol certification. As professional wine judge, Nadia also judges some of the most prestigious wine competitions, including the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, San Francisco International Wine Competition, California State Fair Wine Competition, International Women’s Wine Competition, and the San Diego International Wine Challenge.

Nadia's passion for wine ignited in her youth in Bulgaria, a once-mighty wine-producing region. After leaving home at 21, she explored the globe, living in three different countries. Her educational journey led her to California, where she earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business after studying at Sofia University and the University of Salzburg. Beyond her love for wine, Nadia enjoys ballroom dancing, philanthropy,  and spending time with three boy cats, and animals in general. She often visits the wine regions of Santa Ynez, Napa, and Sonoma, or discovers new wine bars and restaurants in Los Angeles.
